The Evaluation

The evaluation assesses physical, technique and biomechanical components of the golf swing. Information derived from the evaluation determines your body’s priorities during the training sessions. Health history, golf experience, practice and lesson habits, golf equipment review, workout history and goal setting help to paint a complete picture of where your swing has been, what it is now and what your golfing potential could be. The evaluation process is as follows.

01

PHYSICAL SCREEN

Evaluates function, range of motion, stability, postural elements, ballance, and movement patterns. After this section, we can usually predict swing tendencies without seeing a swing!
02

TECHNIQUE EVALUATION

Fundamental golf swing techniques that are not executed influence consistency and increase the risk of injury. These swing flaws will be highlighted.
03

3-D BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSIS

Your swing is quantified Three Dimensionally and its efficiency recorded. Receive a summary report regarding body positions and movement patterns as compared to PGA, LPGA or Champions Tour averages.
04

PERSONAL REVIEW

Condenses and simplifies the extensive amount of data collected. Designed for golfers to understand the correlation of physical findings to swing flaws. Questions are encouraged!
05

CORRECTIVE STRATEGY

Discuss the purpose of exercises that will be covered in-depth during future training sessions. Shows possibilities of new swing mechanics when the prioritized physical components improve over time.
